NIST Privacy Framework Whiteboard
Professor Daniel Solove has created an illustrated NIST Privacy Framework whiteboard that summarizes the law in just 1 page.
The NIST Privacy Framework was developed by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The Privacy Framework is designed to be used by all types of organizations in both the private and public sectors. It is a guide to how to evaluate privacy risks and to implement privacy protections. The Framework aims to help organizations build a strong architecture for a successful privacy program. Although developed in the U.S., the NIST Privacy Framework is useful to organizations worldwide. It is a broad and flexible framework that helps organizations better comply with many privacy laws around the world.
The whiteboard highlights the key elements of the NIST Privacy Framework.
