This course provides a short overview of the CAN-SPAM Act and its rules for sending commercial emails. The course covers the different types of email messages under the CAN-SPAM Act, how to distinguish the primary purpose of email messages, using true and accurate email headers, handing opt-outs, and third-party due diligence.

This course is about 10 minutes long and contains 4 quiz questions.
