License and Access Policy

Each license is valid for only one individual.  You are not permitted to show this course to anyone else, to share your login with others, or to disseminate course materials to anyone else.

You may view the course module as many times as you want during the duration of the license.

After you purchase a course it may take 24-48 hours for us to set you up with a login. Please note that if you purchase a course on a weekend or holiday, it may take longer to receive your login.

License Duration

Your license will last for 6 months from the date that you receive the login information.

Watching the Course Module

We recommend watching the course module slowly and carefully.  Pause, take notes, rewind and repeat.  The more you engage with it, the more you will learn.

We strongly recommend viewing the course module in Chrome and Firefox on a PC or Mac, desktop or laptop.  The modules play in HTML5.

Certificate of Successful Completion

For the HIPAA Foundations course series:  write down the passcode on the final slide of each course or take a screenshot of the final slide   When you have successfully passed all 3 courses, send an email to us at inquiry@teachprivacy.com with the passcodes or screenshots along with your name as you want it to appear on the certificate. We will then send you a signed PDF certificate verifying your successful completion of the course.

Refund Policy

To obtain a refund, please contact us. You can obtain a full refund if you have not yet viewed a course, and the period of access hasn’t yet expired. You can also obtain a refund if you are unable to get the course to work correctly on your computer or device, though we ask that you first contact us to troubleshoot before requesting a refund. We don’t offer refunds under the following circumstances: (1) you took a course but didn’t pass; (2) you didn’t take a course during the access period. In the event you don’t pass a course, you can retake it during the access period. In the event you don’t take a course during the access period, you can contact us to request an extension.
