CCPA Training Guide

In 2018, California passed one of the strictest privacy laws in the United States – the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The CCPA has been amended several times, including a major set of changes by the 2020 California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). These changes go into effect on January 1, 2023.

The CCPA requires workforce training. In this updated guide, Professor Daniel Solove discusses the CCPA’s training requirements and the effects of the CPRA changes.  He make recommendations for how organizations can meet the CCPA’s training requirements.
