Description
This course on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — extensive version (~20 mins) — provides an introduction to the GDPR. The course discusses the scope and applicability of the GDPR, the terminology of the law, the rights it provides to people in the EU, and the responsibilities it imposes on data controllers and processors. The course discusses data breach notification, data transfer to processors and international data transfer. The course includes 5 quiz questions.
This course provides more depth and detail than our more basic short GDPR course (~7 mins).
