This course provides a short overview of the Telemarketing Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and its rules for telemarketing. The course covers the rules for consulting the National Do-Not-Call Registry and an organization’s own Do-Not-Call List, how to handle Do-Not-Call requests, when and how calls should be made, the rules for robocalls, and more.
This course is about 10 minutes long and contains 4 quiz questions.

Learning Objectives
- Understand the key requirements of the TCPA for telemarketing
- Be able to distinguish between the different types of Do-Not-Call lists
- Understand when and how telemarketing calls should be made
The course also comes with use of the Whiteboard for the TCPA – a 1-page summary that can be used as a handout or poster.
Licensing Information
The license entitles 1 individual to view this course for a period of 1 month. For a small fee, you can extend this period by another month, and you can keep extending the period for as long as you desire.
During the 1-month license period, you can view the course as many times as you want. Only 1 individual is permitted to use the license.
